MY APPROACH

My coaching approach blends CBT-based tools, science-backed psychology, and somatic practices to help people reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel aligned, purposeful, and authentic. A key focus of my work is empowering women in their relationship with intimacy and sexuality—whether they are single, in a partnership, exploring new dynamics, or redefining what connection and pleasure mean to them. My coaching is inclusive of LGBTQ+ communities and welcomes people who want to explore identity, sexuality, or alternative relationship styles in a supportive and informed space. I support individuals in gaining clarity about what they truly want—exploring their desires, fantasies, values, and goals without shame or judgment. Through a combination of mindset work, body awareness, and reflective exploration, clients build confidence, emotional resilience, and deeper self-understanding. The goal is to help people feel more confident, embodied, and free to live and love in ways that truly reflect who they are.
